I’ve been wanting new knives for about 12 years and after all my research, Henkels was the brand everyone suggested. Glad I went with it because I love my new set! The knives are SHARP, I haven’t been able to slice something so easily in years. The block is way longer than my previous one (probably because it’s a self sharpening block?) but it look gorgeous in my kitchen! Will be recommending this set to everyone!
