   I heard the review from American Test Kitchen about their testing and selection of the best
   8″ Chef Knife. This one came out on top by all of their testing Chefs. Very easy to use handle,
   amazingly sharp edge, best over all quality. Amazingly, it is only $30, even though they tested other knives that cost up to $250. I have used it on everything from tomatoes to roast pork to ribs and it works perfect. My other 2 chef knives are now in the drawer, this one is in the knife block holder.

   When I wield this knife in my kitchen, I understand how Harry Potter felt when he first grasped the Elder Wand, how Luke felt when he first grasped his light saber, and how King Arthur felt when he pulled the sword from the stone. With this mighty piece of fine cutlery, I transform onions into piles of finely diced jewels. I julienne carrots so fine that a baby’s sigh will send them billowing from my cutting board like down….

   It’s a really really really good knife. If I had a girlfriend, I would buy her this knife instead of an engagement ring…. but then again, that’s not so smart.

   If you’ve read this far, thanks, but a very popular scientific cooking show on PBS has ranked this knife #1 for almost two decades. So take their word, not mine. 🙂
